Terms of Service
Effective 12 October 2026
These terms apply to the use of Track & Trace (the "Service") provided by Carrier Services and Systems ("we", "us"). Customers use the Service under their agreement with us; where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.
Access
The Service is available only to Users invited by a Customer. You must keep your sign-in secure and use the Service only for your organization's business.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no attempts to access data you are not authorized to see, to disrupt the Service, or to use it for unlawful purposes.
Customer data
Customers keep ownership of the data they put into the Service. We process it to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and may update it over time. Features that depend on third-party systems (telematics, mail, mapping) are subject to those systems' availability.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as is, and our liability is limited as set out in the Customer's agreement with us.
